Warranties shall not apply to any warranted product which was exposed to harsh or acidic cleaning agents or abrasives or environmental factors.Our limited warranty for furniture and furnishings does not cover: (1) damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, faulty assembly by you (if applicable), storage, transportation, moving and installation, installation of attachments or other modifications,(2) tears, scratches, scuffs or blemishes caused by any of the foregoing or by the use of various cleaning or conditioning products, (3) normal wear and tear, (4) rust or other damage caused by exposure to moisture or other natural conditions, (5) repairs that are not made or authorized by us, including repairs using parts not provided by us, (6) naturally occurring variations in the appearance of upholstery, (7) damage due to your failure to follow product use or maintenance instructions.
Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use the seller’s product furnished under the order.
